Billing and refunds

All purchases go through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. To cancel a subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling there is the only thing that stops a renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Your account and your data

You can delete your account and everything attached to it inside the app: Settings → Delete account and data. If you can't get into the app, email us and we will do it for you. Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

The waitlist

Waitlist emails come from our newsletter on beehiiv. Every one has an unsubscribe link that works immediately, or email us and we'll remove you by hand.
